5. The budget of the Office of the Inspector General of Intelligence and the Ministry of State Security as presented to the Parliamentary Joint Standing Committee on Intelligence for the 2011 / 2012, 2012 / 2013, 2013 /2014 and 2014 / 2015 financial years;
6. The Pikoli Commission Report on enquiry into the structures of the intelligence services (see assertion on p. 91 of http://library.fes.de/pdf-files/bueros/suedafrika/07162.pdf that release of report would not have jeopardised national security);
7. The Ngcaba Commission Report on enquiry into technology issues in the intelligence services; and
8. The Netshitenze Commission Report on enquiry into the intelligence

    •  a costs order made by a Court, and/or
    •  an out of court settlement,

2. The declassified reports, or declassified portions of those reports (referred to in 1 above) provided to the Inspector-General of Intelligence for each of the financial or calendar years that are available for the period from 1 January 2003 to 31 July 2013.

3. A list of the names/titles of reports/certificates created by the Inspector-General of Intelligence in respect of reports on unlawful intelligence activity or significant intelligence failure by an intelligence service, including but not limited to the intelligence services that are accountable to the Minister of State Security (including under the former title of the Minister for Intelligence), Minister of Police (including under the former title of Minister for Safety and Security), and Minister of Defence and Military Veterans for each of the financial or calendar years that are available for the period from 1 January 2003 to 31 July 2013.
